Grievers’ Support Group

The Grievers’ Journey, an online Zoom support group for individuals navigating grief and loss. Beginning February 18, 2026, the group will meet weekly on Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST. Rooted in a Coast Salish cultural perspective, Lyla holds space with deep respect, relational care, and trauma-informed practice, creating a safe and culturally supportive environment for participants to share, reflect, and be witnessed in their healing. Past participants have shared how meaningful it was to sit in circle with others while moving through grief. This online gathering is open to those seeking connection, support, and compassionate guidance as they walk their own journey of loss.

Women’s Wellness: Weaving Our Strengths

Join us at the, Lake Cowichan Retreat, on Wednesdays for a gathering of women where we come together to weave our strengths, stories, and wisdom. Beginning February 18th, 2026, and held every Wednesday from 5:00–8:00 pm, each week a different woman will share and guide conversation around topics that matter to our lives and well-being. This is a welcoming and supportive space to learn from one another, connect in community, and share a light meal together. The evening will close with time to unwind and relax in the hot tub or cedar sauna, offering space to integrate, reflect, and nourish both body and spirit.

Colleagues Retreat

Join us for a Colleagues Retreat: Caring for the Caregiver taking place March 27th–29th at the Lake Cowichan Retreat. This gathering offers a nurturing space for women to slow down, reconnect, and be supported in community. Many women working in community roles, especially those supporting Indigenous communities, give so much of themselves in their work. This retreat is an opportunity to pause, refill your own cup, and focus on caring for the caregiver. Together we will explore grounding walks in nature, gentle body-based movement, mindful nourishment practices, and tools for nervous system regulation. There will also be space for connection, reflection, and restoration so you can return to your work and communities feeling supported and renewed.
